Situated in the midst of the forests of Alto Malcantone, this newly built rustic hotel offers 10 unique rooms. All are well-appointed, bright and airy, and within them one can recognize characteristic elements of the surrounding chestnut countryside.
Guesthouse Arosio
Located in a renovated historic house in the historic center of Arosio, just 750 m from the hotel. The Guesthouse offers 4 finely furnished rooms.
Restaurant
The restaurant offers seasonal Ticino and Italian specialities and has an extensive wine list.
At our café bar you can enjoy delicious aperitifs or relax with an excellent coffee and cake.
Terraces
The hotel has two terraces, one in front of the bar, overlooking the forest in front of the hotel, and the other at the back of the building overlooking the garden, an ideal place to relax and sunbathe on one of our sun loungers.

The area offers wonderful day trips. Walks along the chestnut trail, which passes directly in front of the hotel, will take you into the vast forests where you can discover local and characteristic nature at its best.

From the FFS station in Lugano:
Take the S90 train (direction Giubiasco) to the Lamone-Cadempino stop and continue by PostBus 423 (direction Magliaso, Stazione) to the Mugena, Nava stop.
Take PostBus 445 (in the direction of Lamone-Cadempino Stazione) to the Gravesano, Grumo stop and continue with PostBus 423 (in the direction of Magliaso, Stazione) to the Mugena, Nava stop.
Bycar
A2/E35 direction Lugano. Motorway exit "Lugano Nord", direction Manno. In Manno turn left towards Arosio. 500 m after the village of Arosio you reach Mugena, the hotel is on the right side of the road.
